Meet the Lam Clinic Team

Carrie Lam, MD

Co-Founder, Medical Director

Dr. Carrie Lam, MD, DABFM, ABAARM, FAAMFM graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Fine Arts from Pacific Union College, California, and earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from Loma Linda University, California. She is board certified in family medicine, and Anti-Aging and regenerative medicine. She has completed her fellowship in Anti-Aging Metabolic and Functional medicine and is a graduate of the Institute of Functional Medicine’s Applying Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice (AFMCP) Course. Her career focus is in primary care along with functional and integrative medicine, with emphasis on Anti-Aging, lifestyle medicine, and nutrition. She won a Medical Scholarship Award for Preventive Medicine and is an author of the international best selling books Advanced Symptoms of Adrenal Fatigue Syndrome: A Metabolic Approach and Adrenal Fatigue Syndrome Cookbook. She is a part of Lam Clinic, a team of physicians and health professionals who have well over half a century of combined clinical experience in the power of natural healing. She is an avid believer of whole-person care, in which the body, mind, and spirit are important components to healing; and is passionate about empowering people to regain control of their own lives in a healthy and individual way.

Jeremy Lam, MD

Co-Founder, Executive Director

Dr. Jeremy Lam, MD, ABAARM, FAAMFM, IFMCP is a board certified physician in Internal Medicine and Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine. He has completed his fellowship in Anti-aging, Metabolic and Functional Medicine. He also has completed IFM's Functional Medicine Certification Program. He served as an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Loma Linda University where he taught residents and medical students while also providing medical services to the underserved. He graduated from Pacific Union College, California with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Loma Linda University, California. His career mission is not only in treating chronic diseases but reversing the disease course. He focuses on preventative medicine and utilizes both conventional traditional medicine with functional and integrative approaches to treat the whole person. He is a part of Lam Clinic, a team of physicians and health professionals who have well over half a century of combined clinical experience in the power of natural healing.

Brittani Laski


Brittani Laski is deeply passionate about integrative medicine, recognizing the importance of addressing the root causes of health issues rather than merely treating symptoms. She specializes in assisting individuals with autoimmune diseases and chronic metabolic conditions, understanding the complex interplay between genetics, environment, and lifestyle factors. With a holistic approach, she empowers her patients to take charge of their health through personalized treatment plans that encompass nutrition, stress management, physical activity, supplements, and targeted interventions. She earned her Bachelors of Science in Social Ecology from the University of California, Irvine, followed by her Masters in Science in Nursing at California Baptist University, specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. As the former Board Chair of the Turner Syndrome Society of the U.S., Brittani not only advocates for her patients but for the broader community, embodying a commitment to comprehensive healthcare. With a firm belief in holistic care and preventive medicine, she champions a patient-centered approach.

Jenny Soliman


Jenny Soliman, an esteemed alumna of California State University, Long Beach, boasting a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, pursued her passion for holistic healthcare by earning her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from the renowned California Baptist University. Jenny's approach to medicine transcends conventional boundaries, recognizing the intricate interplay of physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects in achieving optimal health. As an advocate of integrative and functional medicine, she seamlessly integrates traditional healing modalities with modern medical practices. Jenny goes beyond merely treating symptoms; she delves deep into the root causes of ailments, empowering her patients to reclaim control over their well-being. Additionally, her expertise extends to joint injections and comprehensive knowledge of supplement usage, further enhancing her ability to provide holistic care tailored to each individual's needs.

Stella Lee


Stella Lee, a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C), commenced her healthcare journey with a Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences from UC Santa Cruz, followed by a Master's in Nursing from Western University of Health Sciences. Initially immersed in the in-patient hospital setting, Stella later navigated the fast-paced environment of the emergency room, gaining invaluable mid-level practitioner skills. Transitioning to internal medicine as a FNP, she extended her care to diverse settings, including skilled nursing facilities, home visits, hospice, and walk-in clinics. Raised in a family that valued holistic health, Stella's interest in nutritional healing blossomed early. With a deep commitment to addressing chronic diseases at their core, she embraced an integrative and functional medicine approach during the pandemic, pursuing certification from the Institute of Functional Medicine. Integrating nutrition, lifestyle adjustments, and spirituality, Stella focuses on balancing supplements and optimizing cognitive well-being, empowering her patients to achieve holistic health and vitality.

Kellie Nguyen


Kellie Nguyen's educational journey led her to earn a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from California State University, Fullerton, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing from United States University, where she obtained her Family Nurse Practitioner license. Driven by a fervent passion for Integrative Functional Medicine, Kellie finds fulfillment in unraveling the root causes of illness and facilitating the restoration of optimal functioning in her patients. Embracing an integrative approach that encompasses nutrition, supplementation, and a focus on hormone health, she harmonizes conventional medical practices with alternative modalities. By addressing the interplay of these elements, Kellie offers comprehensive, personalized care that holistically nurtures the mind, body, and spirit. Through tailored treatment plans, she empowers her patients to achieve enduring health and well-being, optimizing their thyroid and adrenal function and overall vitality.

Colin Tran


Colin Tran, PA-C, a Southern California native, holds a Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Midwestern University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of California, Irvine. Trilingual in English, Vietnamese, and Spanish, Colin brings a wealth of experience in family medicine and a passion for integrative healthcare. He is committed to holistic, individualized health services, blending integrative and evidence-based approaches. With advanced studies in obesity medicine through the Obesity Medicine Association (OMA) and a personal training certification from the National Federation of Professional Trainers (NFPT), he prioritizes nutrition and lifestyle changes for superior preventive care. Currently pursuing Institute of Functional Medicine (IFM) modules, Colin aims to address root causes of health issues, ensuring optimized patient outcomes. His dedication to integrative medicine drives him to treat the whole person, focusing on long-term health and well-being.
