Baked Chicken with Honey Mustard Sauce

The result of this delicious Baked Chicken recipeStudies have shown that rosemary may help enhancing memory and concentration, and also to fight off free radical damage in the brain.

Ingredients:

  • 4-5 skinless free-range chicken thighs or 4-5 skinless free-range chicken breast
  • Salt
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary or dried rosemary

Honey Mustard Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey, agave nectar or maple syrup
  • ½ tbsp olive oil
  • salt & pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Sprinkle salt on the chicken and lay in a baking pan or shallow casserole dish.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix together the Honey Mustard Sauce.
  4. Spread the Honey Mustard Sauce over the chicken.
  5. Place the Rosemary sprigs in between the chicken.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until the meat is golden and done.
  7. Serve.
