Stella Lee, a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C), commenced her healthcare journey with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences from UC Santa Cruz, followed by a Master’s in Nursing from Western University of Health Sciences. Initially immersed in the in-patient hospital setting, Stella later navigated the fast-paced environment of the emergency room, gaining invaluable mid-level practitioner skills. Transitioning to internal medicine as a FNP, she extended her care to diverse settings, including skilled nursing facilities, home visits, hospice, and walk-in clinics.
Raised in a family that valued holistic health, Stella’s interest in nutritional healing blossomed early. With a deep commitment to addressing chronic diseases at their core, she embraced an integrative and functional medicine approach during the pandemic, pursuing certification from the Institute of Functional Medicine. Integrating nutrition, lifestyle adjustments, and spirituality, Stella focuses on balancing supplements and optimizing cognitive well-being, empowering her patients to achieve holistic health and vitality.
