Lynn Uchizono brings a deeply rooted passion for whole-person healing to Lam Clinic, shaped by a uniquely rich blend of clinical experience, academic achievement, and personal calling. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from UC Berkeley before pursuing her Physician Assistant training at the prestigious Keck School of Medicine at the University of Southern California.
With over 15 years of clinical experience, Lynn has cared for patients across a wide range of specialties, including Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Pain Management, Psychiatry, and Counseling. This diverse background has given her a profound understanding of the interconnected nature of physical health, mental well-being, and emotional resilience.
What truly distinguishes Lynn is her unwavering commitment to integrative and functional medicine. She believes that true healing goes beyond symptom management—it requires uncovering root causes and addressing the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. Her approach is both compassionate and comprehensive, combining evidence-based medicine with a deeper exploration of lifestyle, nutrition, emotional health, and purpose.
Lynn’s journey also includes a meaningful season outside of traditional clinical practice, where she invested in serving and mentoring women through her church community. This calling led her to pursue dual Master’s degrees in Counseling and Biblical Studies in Philadelphia, further strengthening her ability to support patients not only medically, but emotionally and spiritually.
Now back home in Southern California, where she was raised in Huntington Beach, Lynn continues to live out her mission—helping patients experience true healing, renewed vitality, and a greater sense of wholeness through integrative care.
Outside the clinic, Lynn finds joy in spending time with family and friends, traveling, exploring the outdoors, and bringing along her beloved furry companion, Teddi Bear, wherever dogs are welcome.
