Dr. Samuel Limbong

MD

Dr. Samuel Limbong is a Medical Doctor and member of the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society. A graduate of Loma Linda University School of Medicine, he has held faculty appointments at both Loma Linda University and the University of California, Irvine (UCI), where he served as an Assistant Professor of Medicine. His academic career has focused on clinical excellence, medical education, and mentorship, with a strong foundation in internal medicine and patient-centered care.

While working in the Veterans Affairs (VA) healthcare system, Dr. Limbong saw firsthand the limitations of conventional medicine—particularly its emphasis on managing symptoms rather than addressing root causes. This experience led him to pursue integrative and functional medicine, combining evidence-based medical care with a more holistic approach that considers lifestyle, nutrition, and environmental factors. Today, he is committed to helping patients achieve long-term health by uncovering underlying imbalances, while continuing to educate and mentor the next generation of healthcare professionals.
