How does insurance work and does it cover my care?
Lam Clinic accepts most PPO plans and Medicare for in‑person visits—including Cigna, Aetna, Healthnet, UHC, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Tricare‑West, and MultiPlan. We’re not in‑network with HMOs, Medi‑Cal, or Medicaid. You’ll need to provide insurance info up front so we can verify eligibility, and bring your insurance card and ID to every visit. Out‑of‑network patients can submit superbills to their insurer. We accept HSA/FSA cards and CareCredit, too.
Do I need a referral to get started?
Nope. We don’t require referrals. You can self‑refer and get going immediately.
What kind of conditions do you treat?
Lam Clinic tackles a wide spectrum: chronic fatigue, hormonal imbalances, aging concerns, weight management, high cholesterol, insomnia, diabetes, hypertension, chronic Lyme, fibromyalgia, food allergies/sensitivities, Alzheimer’s—and more. If it’s not listed, just call and ask.

Yes, we can see you outside of California. Dr. Carrie Lam and Dr. Jeremy Lam are Licensed to practice in these states: Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Washington.
